This 4-seater Wheeler Express CT Vinylester project (Type 2 in CH) was started ca. 1991 under RSA regime by a A/P Mechanic near Basel in France. About 45% done including all parts from kit, 1 well preserved low hours Lycoming IO360 200 Hp, 1 MT Prop new, landing gears, some instruments and all papers is for sale due to aging builder. I began to build the similar type Express S-90 in 1994 and flying it since 2006. I can recommend this marvelous, economic travelling airplane with four seats!
